Privacy Policy

Primary endpointhttp://nexusacbesqtn3yorsycg27ivjn37qu7laqgkzutd3m5njqmaxpdiqid.onion

This independent directory exists to help you find verified access points for Nexus Market, the established darknet marketplace. We built it because every week, someone lands on a phishing clone, loses credentials, or gives up when the real market seems offline. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your privacy while providing that service.

Data We Collect

When you visit this site, our server logs basic access information: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you requested, and the timestamp. These logs help us monitor traffic patterns, detect abuse, and maintain uptime. We don’t use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising networks. The only cookies we set are session identifiers for the PGP verification tool, and those expire when you close your browser.

If you leave a comment or use the search function, we store the text you submit along with a timestamp and your IP address. We don’t associate comments with user accounts, and we don’t retain personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide. Comments are moderated to remove spam and abusive content, but we don’t edit them for accuracy or opinion.

How We Use Your Data

We use server logs to monitor traffic, detect and block abusive requests, and maintain uptime. If you submit a comment or search query, we use that information to improve the site’s content and search functionality. We don’t share your data with third parties, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

The PGP verification tool uses your submitted .onion address to check against Nexus Market’s documented signing key. We don’t store the address after verification, and we don’t associate it with your IP or other data.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain server logs for 30 days to monitor traffic and detect abuse. After 30 days, logs are automatically deleted. User-submitted comments and search queries are retained until you request their removal. To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected] or use our PGP key.

Your Rights Under GDPR and CCPA

If you’re a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have certain rights regarding your personal data. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can also object to or restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected] or use our PGP key.

We’ll respond to your request within 30 days. If we need more time, we’ll let you know. We don’t charge a fee for fulfilling your request unless it’s excessive or repetitive.

Third-Party Content and Links

This site references Nexus Market and other darknet marketplaces for informational purposes. Those names are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. We don’t endorse or affiliate with any marketplace, and we don’t guarantee the accuracy or safety of any .onion address we list.

We link to external resources for educational purposes, including Bitcoin.org’s privacy guidance, OpenPGP.org, and Privacy Guides’ Tor primer. Those links are provided for your convenience, and we don’t control or endorse their content.

Security

HTTPS and Tor
This site is available over HTTPS and as a Tor onion service. We recommend accessing it through Tor for maximum privacy. Our server is configured to reject insecure connections, and we use modern encryption standards.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have sensitive information to share, use our PGP key.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
